Senior Account Manager
With a Degree in Business Management Susan Scanlon has over seven years’ experience in Field Marketing. Before joining Lites Group Susan worked as a Merchandising Executive within the industry. She joined Lites Group in 2007 as an Account Executive on the Operations Team, she worked across a multitude of accounts such as mystery shopping, auditing, sales, promotional and merchandising campaigns for Diageo, Britvic Ireland, Paddy Power, Payzone, Glaxo Smith Kline and the National Lottery. Susan was promoted to Account Manager in 2009 when she took over the management of a number of high profile accounts. Susan currently works in the Sales and Client Services division in Lites Group where she and her team work hard to provide innovative and effective marketing solutions for all clients.
Joint Managing Director
After completing a degree in Management Science from Trinity College / DIT Mountjoy Square and a sabbatical year in Australia, Aidan joined Lites Group in 1999 as an Operational Executive. Over a seven year period Aidan worked in various parts of the organisation from Operations, Account Management and HR, before taking over the ownership of the company with Martin Duffy through an MBO. Aidan is heavily involved in the day to day management of a number of Lites Group’s clients, including but not limited to Diageo, Glanbia, Sony, Paddy Power and Pinergy. Aidan is committed to ensuring clients receive superior customer service, all activities are implemented to the highest quality and Lites Group continues to provide and excellent working atmosphere for all employees.
Joint Managing Director
Martin joined Lites Group in 2000 after qualifying with a BSc degree from Trinity College. Martin’s specialties are systems development and process management. He received a first class honour for his study of how technology could enhance the customer experience in the banking industry. Martin has held commercial management and operational roles. He has also a member of the board of iLine media, an ambient media company specialising in retail Point of Purchase merchandising.
In December 2006 he took over the business with Aidan O’Brien. Martin during his time with Lites Group has managed countless successful experiential marketing, merchandising, sales and auditing campaigns on behalf of customers which include the National Lottery, Easons, Diageo and Glanbia. Martin has been instrumental in the development of all versions of Lites Groups’ proprietary on-line reporting software systems and numerous other staff management processes. Martin’s interests include technology and sport. He has a particular interest in GAA.
