Co-Managing Director
Martin Duffy
Martin is an extremely experienced Field Marketing practitioner with over 20 years working in FMCG and Field Marketing. Martin’s background is in retail and process development with a Degree in Marketing from the College of Marketing and Design.
He has been the Operations Director and joint MD since 2006 and during that time frame has gained an invaluable reputation within the trade along with a variety of blue-chip clients. Martin has been involved with the management and implementation of some of Irelands largest field marketing activities including the National Lottery Rebrand and Guinness Arthurs Day. Martin is a very hands-on business owner and is heavily involved in the day to day running of client projects.
He has two children and when he has spare time he enjoys cycling and is a keen follower of GAA.

Aidan O'Brien
After completing a degree in Management Science from Trinity College, Aidan joined Lites Group in 1999 as an Operational Executive. Seven year later himself and Martin Duffy took over the company through an MBO.
Aidan is operationally focused and heavily involved in the day-to-day management of Lites Group’s clients across a number of sectors - including Diageo, Tesco, Dunnhumby and Exertis to name a few. With his wealth of experience across the various functions of the business, Aidan is committed to ensuring clients receive superior customer service, all activities are implemented to the highest quality and Lites Group continues to provide an excellent working atmosphere for all employees.
Account Director
Alan Kelly
Alan has spent eighteen years working with Lites Group having joined the company in 2003 and has since built up a wealth of experience, project managing a wide mix of campaigns annually. Having steadily progressed through the company, starting as an Administration Executive, Alan is now our Sales & Client Services Account Director. He and his team work hard to provide the most innovative and effective marketing solutions for all clients; and as a result, Alan has developed long lasting relationships with retailers within the trade alongside clients such as Diageo, Kerry Foods, Tayto Snacks and the RSA. An avid golfer and a huge Dublin GAA fan, Alan also has 2 young children that keep him busy!
Operations Manager
Oscar Burns
Oscar started working part-time for Lites Group in 2007, while completing a Diploma in Event Management and PR. Since then, he has worked his way through the ranks to take on leadership role as Operations Manager. Over the years, Oscar has worked across countless campaigns, on different continents, having also headed up the Lites Group Australian Operation in 2011-2012. Clients including Diageo, Bulmers, Tesco, Pernod Ricard and Jameson have benefited from his wealth of field marketing experience. He is results oriented, customer focused and has an intricate understanding of the industry and all functions of the business. Oscar always strives to provide the best possible results for the company, staff and clients alike. He has 4-year-old twins and enjoys running, going to the gym and the occasional sea swim in his spare time.
